  • 3 boards Matzoh
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
  • 4 Born Free Eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a medium shallow bowl, break up matzoh into bite-sized pieces. Pour boiling water over the matzoh, to soften it. (Drain all water)
  2. Heat butter (or margarine) in a medium skillet over medium heat.
  3. Beat eggs, salt and pepper together. Pour over the matzoh.
  4. Pour matzoh egg mixture into the hot skillet. Cook, flipping halfway through, until egg is set.
