  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Born Free Egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk together milk, butter, and egg. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the milk mixture, and mix until just moistened.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. For each pancake, spoon about 3 tablespoons of batter onto the skillet. Cook until the surface begins to bubble.
  6. Flip carefully with a spatula, and cook until the underside is browned. Transfer to a plate.
  7. Continue with remaining batter following the above steps. Serve warm with your favorite toppings!
