Preparation

  1. Spray a medium size skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat on medium-low heat.
  2. As the oil gets hot, crack egg into the center of the pan.
  3. Cook until the top of the whites are set, but the yolk is still runny.
  4. When they’re to your desired doneness, use a spatula to gently remove from pan and place on a plate.
  5. Serve with sliced avocado or a side of toast.
