Ingredients

  • 8 oz lean ground beef, divided
  • 2 Born Free Eggs
  • 1 bun
  • 2 slices beefsteak tomato
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 4 slices red onion
  • 4 slices prosciutto

Preparation

  1. Split your bun in half and toast until golden brown. Let cool.
  2. In a medium size nonstick skillet or on the grill, prepare two 4-ounce burgers. Add salt, pepper or your favorite seasonings.
  3. Cooking for approximately 5- 8 minutes on each side over high heat.
  4. In another large skillet over medium-high heat, crack two eggs and cook until whites are cooked through and yolks are firm, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. To assemble the burger, top the bottom of the bun with spinach, tomato, prosciutto. Add the burger on top and carefully place on the egg. Close with the top half of your bun.
