Ham & Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) frozen deep-dish pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Colby cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed ham, full cooked
  • 3 Born Free Eggs, beaten light
  • 1 cup fat free half and half
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add 1 cup cheese, onion, and ham to pie crust.
  3. Whisk the eggs, half and half, and salt & pepper pour over ham and onion.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
