Breakfast Carnitas Burrito

  • 2 Born Free Eggs
  • 1   14” flour tortilla
  • 3oz carnitas, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 sliced avocado
  • Butter


  1. Scramble your Born Free eggs using our buttery delicious method found here:
  2. Take the scrambled eggs pan off heat. Add in cooked carnitas and shredded cheese with the scrambled eggs and mix together.
  3. On a plate, layer the avocado slices on top of the flour tortilla. Fill in with the scrambled egg mixture. Fold in both sides and roll into a burrito.
  4. Optional: Place your pan back on medium heat and add a drop or two of olive oil or butter – spread around pan. Then, using a tong, pick up your burrito and sear the sides, being careful not to let the burrito open up.
