
Chorizo Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients
- 5 Born Free eggs
- Pre-made pizza crust (12” or 14”)
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons of chives, minced
- 1 small chorizo link
Directions
- Cook chorizo in pan on medium-high heat and mash to a crumble; cook until fully browned. Drain the chorizo on a plate with a paper towel to remove any excess grease.
- Brush a small amount of olive oil on the pre-made pizza crust.
- Top evenly with mozzarella cheese and chorizo, leaving a small amount of mozzarella cheese aside. Add your cherry tomato halves.
- Crack Born Free eggs over pizza, spacing out evenly. Sprinkle minced chives and leftover mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake at 500 degrees for 8 minutes until browned and crispy. Cut into 6-8 slices.
