Chorizo Breakfast Pizza

Prep: 15 Minutes Cooking: 45 Minutes Serves: 2-4


  • 5 Born Free eggs
  • Pre-made pizza crust (12” or 14”)
  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons of chives, minced
  • 1 small chorizo link


  1. Cook chorizo in pan on medium-high heat and mash to a crumble; cook until fully browned. Drain the chorizo on a plate with a paper towel to remove any excess grease.
  2. Brush a small amount of olive oil on the pre-made pizza crust.
  3. Top evenly with mozzarella cheese and chorizo, leaving a small amount of mozzarella cheese aside. Add your cherry tomato halves.
  4. Crack Born Free eggs over pizza, spacing out evenly. Sprinkle minced chives and leftover mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 500 degrees for 8 minutes until browned and crispy. Cut into 6-8 slices.
