
Cobb Salad

Ingredients
- 3 born free eggs
- 6 cups romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 medium-size tomato
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 avocado
Directions
- In a hot skillet cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Chop into small pieces when cool and set aside.
- Cook 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast on stove top over medium heat in a skillet sprayed lightly with cooking spray
- When cool, chop into slices.
- Cut 3 Born Free eggs into quarters
- Prepare all vegetables: Chop romaine lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, and avocado. Set vegetables aside.
- After all ingredients are prepared, arrange on a large platter.
