Cobb Salad

Prep: 15 mins Cooking: 20 mins Serves: 6


  • 3 born free eggs
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 medium-size tomato
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 avocado


  1. In a hot skillet cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Chop into small pieces when cool and set aside.
  3. Cook 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast on stove top over medium heat in a skillet sprayed lightly with cooking spray
  4. When cool, chop into slices.
  5. Cut 3 Born Free eggs into quarters
  6. Prepare all vegetables: Chop romaine lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, and avocado. Set vegetables aside.
  7. After all ingredients are prepared, arrange on a large platter.
