Poached Eggs

  • 2 born free eggs


  1. Crack each egg into its own small bowl or ramekin
  2. Bring a few inches of water to a bare simmer in a sauce pan.
  3. Slide the eggs in one at a time.
  4. Cook for about 3-5 minutes at a low simmer for perfectly cooked whites and a runny yolk.
  5. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon.
  6. Serve warm with a side of toast.
