Ingredients
- 2 born free eggs
Directions
- Crack each egg into its own small bowl or ramekin
- Bring a few inches of water to a bare simmer in a sauce pan.
- Slide the eggs in one at a time.
- Cook for about 3-5 minutes at a low simmer for perfectly cooked whites and a runny yolk.
- Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon.
- Serve warm with a side of toast.
