Chive + Tomato Mini Frittata

  • 10 large Born Free eggs
  • 15 tri-color cherry tomatoes, halved or sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chives, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together Born Free eggs, chives, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl until fully blended.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to each cup.
  4. Sprinkle any extra minced chives on top and bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Take out of the oven and add a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese to each cup, then bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
