
Chive + Tomato Mini Frittata

Ingredients
- 10 large Born Free eggs
- 15 tri-color cherry tomatoes, halved or sliced
- 2 tablespoons chives, minced
- Salt and pepper
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Whisk together Born Free eggs, chives, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl until fully blended.
- Carefully pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to each cup.
- Sprinkle any extra minced chives on top and bake for 15 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and add a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella cheese to each cup, then bake for an additional 3-5 minutes.
